…In May and June I have analyzed the working relationship and day-to-day operation between cleaning company 3B Berlin Premium Hotelservice and 4 hotels. The 4 hotels are part of an international hotel chain, but are different from size and logistic. The basic labour relations were sometimes under pressure and with little changes; understanding for each other – better communication - and workable atmosphere was positively implemented. Side affects liked bed linen, guest amenities and equipment were decreasing the quality results and new standards helped motivate staff members – from both ‘sides’.        
       
In September I got another assignment to train the cleaning 3B staff in one hotel. This hotel is needed (training) assistance, due to lack of up-and-down quality performance. The training sessions was a combination of ‘re-do’ work and re-explain processes. Precision training & mentoring on periodical work did lead to analyzing the (current) hierarchy of staffing.
